ALL SLOWPITCH TEAMS THAT ARE ON THE MOVE UP LIST MUST MOVE UP IN CLASS FOR 2008, WHETHER OR NOT YOU CAN APPEAL.  BILL HORTON, NSA ZONE VP, HAS SPENT TOO MANY HOURS RESEARCHING THE TEAMS AND I AGREE WITH HIS DECISIONS.
